Week 6 - Track Records


Oh man, I'm still overwhelmed with the grand opening of Giggles board games cafe yesterday. So much fun and so many people that came for a visit :D Thank you all for coming!

Less than 2 weeks to go. Let's recap a bit of my performances. 

I started out with 74.4kg back in early May. Then I was 70kg in mid June. After being stagnant and struggling for so long, today I weight 67kg. I can't believe that it took me almost 4 month to lose that 3kg, haha.

My target is 65kg by end of November (initially was in August) and that means 2 more kg to drop. Hopefully I'll be committed enough this time to really carry out all the workouts and diet. I am happy but it's not the right time to celebrate yet. I'm still not at the finish line yet =/

Comrades, fellow BodyRocker, I just wanted you to know that it was never easy from the beginning. It was never a lifestyle for me nor do I have the habit of working out everyday, but I push hard and I push through.

I have my moment too, where I just don't feel like doing anything. The pain and sweat is no fun if you really think about it, and to be honest, sometimes I do feel alone in doing all this. I'm not trying to justified myself, but that's the truth.

Weigh lost is an endless battle. I rather start right and continue on, rather than stop working out after my target achieved. Yes, I'm trying to make working out as a habit, and not just to hit a targeted number. Just keep on doing it, until you get there!

PS: This weekend I'm going to go for an outdoor workout. Been stuck in my room/gym for too long already. Need to have a fresh view for workout :D What's your workout this week?

  6. Good luck, it is hard to loose weight. I don't have this problem but the opposite. I can't gain weight. I do a lot of sports and this keep my weight down. As soon as I stop with sports, I gain 2 a 3 kg a month. So I should laso be careful.

  13. You know what?? I did only once! It's never easy to start and keep doing work out everyday. I don't know why. I feel I am just one lazy cow.

    Congrats on losing 3KG. at least worth lah juga kan workout hari2x

  14. because kan muscles weigh more than fat.. I mean 500g of muscles are more compact and smaller where else 500g of fat look a lot bigger although they both weight the same.. I try not look at the scale to much and focus on inches instead.. hehe.. Thanks ^^

  16. Haha it was never easy for me too... I always end up only workout 3 times a week or even once a week only =/
