To be honest, nothing much really happened during the first week. I only workout twice which is roughly around 10-20 minutes only. I didn't went for wall climbing at all, and all I do is just controlling the amount of my food intake.
I've already started to made certain changes for week 02 and hopefully this time, I'll be able to do more workout than what I've done in week 01. I really need to be able to wake up early for workout (still struggling with the same problem again and again), or else I'll have no more slot in a day for workout.
Basically now, my diet is purely by controlling my food intake and other than that, I am not putting much effort into losing more weight. Roar.... really need a wake up call or somebody please kick my butt for me to start working out!
