End of Week 01 and The Start of Week 02

To be honest, nothing much really happened during the first week. I only workout twice which is roughly around 10-20 minutes only. I didn't went for wall climbing at all, and all I do is just controlling the amount of my food intake.

I've already started to made certain changes for week 02 and hopefully this time, I'll be able to do more workout than what I've done in week 01. I really need to be able to wake up early for workout (still struggling with the same problem again and again), or else I'll have no more slot in a day for workout. 

Basically now, my diet is purely by controlling my food intake and other than that, I am not putting much effort into losing more weight. Roar.... really need a wake up call or somebody please kick my butt for me to start working out!

I hope you did better than my week 01 =)

  3. I don't know if this is popular in your region or if you would like to try it, but ballroom dancing is an activity in which you use all your musscles. If you do this rather intense, you lose weight very easily. I assure it.

  4. Hi try treadmill as well plus with you food intake. I do treadmill after office hours and to sauna for 5 days (working hours) but control a bit in food intake especially carb. I lost 3.5kg in 1 week...lol... 'berat air' I think... 3.5kg-4kg in 2 week for me ok lor.. not far from my ideal weight... hehehee
