I too want to have a weekly challenge. Zuzana has come up with quite a lot of challenge daily - no sugar challenge, no salt challenge, pistols challenge and et cetera. So I too decided that I wanted to come up with certain challenges that can really push me through my workout and weight loss.
For this week (13 April - 20 April), it will be a NO MEAT WEEK for me! I can have anything but meat in my menu! No KFC, no McDonalds, no chicken chop, no dim sum and basically almost all my favorite dish is not allowed to be tasted during this week.
I really think it is one of the best way to train up our self-control, and in this case to train my lust for meat all the time. I will update you all daily about my food intake through my facebook and also twitter, so do follow-up on me!
