Movie Review: Brave (2012)

by Daniel Chiam from The Writer Wannabe

6/10 It's more to Disney and less Pixar

Unentertaining is such an overstatement for the latest movie by Disney Pixar - Brave. Tho I have to agree that Brave is not the best that Pixar has ever come out with, but overall, Brave still gives you the magic that Disney has been deliver to it's audience.

A female protagonist that could be relate to most of the young women today; who celebrate and embrace their independence, and a heartwarming mother-daughter story to be told in a magical Celtic tale. As expected also, awesome graphic and details of the movie.

As with all Pixar efforts, this is visually outstanding, and there's plenty of rowdy humor to keep audiences entertained. But for a supposedly progressive film, Brave is marked by a notable amount of timidity.
