The New Snow World @ Genting is Finally Open!

by Daniel Chiam

After such long anticipation of waiting, Genting has finally announced that it's new SnowWorld is ready to welcome the public for a visit starting on Merdeka day (August 31)! It has gone through tremendous renovation and is guarantee to offer an experience way different than before.

Here are some of the highlights that you can look forward to in the Genting's new SnowWorld:

The Winter Downtown + World Heritage Concept

This time around, the new SnowWorld will be offering a winter experience in downtown. The stretch of streets cape along the slope creates a wonderful visually-stimulating experience and certain window bays have been reserved to serve as possible vendor stalls or resting bays.

There will also be houses of an English Tea Shop, a French Bakery,  an Italian  Pizzeria as well as shops displaying Spanish red wine, Dutch clogs and Swiss chocolates to experience the culture and heritage of different countries. The SnowWorld is going all European this time!

LED Light Animation Scheme

Take the opportunity to experience a European winter in both day and night! Yes, the new SnowWorld will not only be available in bright lights but it will also gradually turns into night time in there just for you to have a taste of a magical winter night in Europe.

Warm House

I don't think anyone sees the logic of having a Warm House for a SnowWorld, in Malaysia. Mind if I remind you that a winter experience has to come in a full package, and it's only cool to tryout the Warm House while you are in there to know how it would feel like to stay warm and comfortable during winter.

Ice Sculpture + Play Slide + Cresta Run Slide + Snowball Time

Fun, fun, fun! Snowball attack! It's time to reach in to your inner kid and have fun with your friends. Also tryout all the slides that the new SnowWorld has prepared for it guests and admiring the remarkable ice sculptures for eyes of appreciation.

Let the snows excitement begins!
