| Inappropriately Funny ★★★★★☆☆☆☆☆ 5/10 |
The Watch is about a suburban neighborhood watch group formed in order to help solve a murder case that's recently happened in the community. Led by Evan (Ben Stiller), the watch group uncover an alien plot to take over earth and force the watch group to take actions into their own hands.
The movie was overall funny along the way but it's just not good enough to keep you laughing after the show ended. Most of the jokes was vulgar offensive sex materials, but sadly none of it has any punchline that really made an impression for the movie.
The funniest scenes for me should be the first time they brought back a supposedly dead alien back to their place and having fun with it. Also the scene where they shot the dead alien numerous times to make sure it's dead for real.
Overall, it is still an entertaining laughter-filled movie on a lazy day. You won't really like it but it's quite funny for you to hate it in the end.

ReplyDeletei seriously thought i was gonna dozed off by the time the movie got into the 15 minutes or so...punya boring ni sa rasa...only when things got serious..the part where they really have to kill the alien yang baru sa concentrate mo tingu...we wouldn't watch it in the first place if it wasnt because that's the only shortest time length movie available to watch while waiting for my kid bro's flight.
